Dear Hiawatha Students, Parents, Guardians, and Community Members, 

It is an absolute honor to join your Hiawatha family! As your new Principal, I am thrilled to join this incredible school community and begin our journey together.

Having served as the Principal at Samoset Middle School for the past three years, I have seen firsthand how critical the early years of education are. Elementary school is where the magic begins, it is where our young learners build the foundation for everything that comes next. My goal is to ensure that during these foundational years, every child feels safe, valued, inspired, and excited to learn every single day.

I firmly believe that a strong, positive partnership between home and school is the secret to a child’s success. Open communication and genuine collaboration between our staff and families create the supportive safety net our students need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. When we work together, there is no limit to what our students can achieve.

My door is always open, and I am eager to get to know our students, families, and community members. Please feel free to reach out, say hello, and share your hopes for the upcoming year.
